Fees:
Fees are payable termly and vary according to length of class and the number of classes taken per week. Fees may be paid in instalments to spread the cost over the term.
Invoices are issued via email before each term and the first payment must be settled by bank transfer by the end of the first week of term.
Exams:
Exam coaching takes place on Saturday mornings for ballet students who are taking an exam that term and on some Sundays for ISTD exam students. Extra fees are payable for coaching classes as well as the exam entry fee. You will be contacted the term before your child is expected to be ready to take an exam with details of exam and coaching fees. Exam days are assigned by the RAD or ISTD and are non-changeable once given. If exams fall on a week day there is a letter available which parents can give to schools when requesting time off.
Uniform:
All students are expected to attend class in the correct uniform with hair neatly tied back. For Ballet Grade 2 and above, girls must wear a tidy ballet bun.
Wearing the correct uniform helps students to move freely and safely, ensures teachers can clearly see alignment and technique, and fosters a sense of discipline and belonging.

Your agreement with us on enrolment:
To give half a term’s notice of withdrawal in writing via email to emma@amershamdancestudio.co.uk, or accept to pay half a term’s fees in lieu.
To pay the term’s fees prior to half term (unless an agreed payment plan is in place). Fees unpaid at the end of half term will accrue 10% interest. Invoices are issued via email before each term.
To equip your child with the necessary uniform and articles of clothing and to arrive with hair neatly styled.
That no refunds will be made for classes missed through illness, injury, self-isolation or circumstances out of our control (i.e. weather)
That Amersham Dance Studio is not responsible for lost possessions.
That your child will only be entered for examinations at the discretion of the Principal and with your consent.
To pay extra coaching, examination and performance fees when required.
